The pool overlooks the Gulf waterways and the property is ideal for those who enjoy sailing and fishing or for guests who just wish to relax and watch the world go by. Some of the best beaches in Florida are closeby and tropical barrier islands are waiting to be explored.

This house sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and has 3 bathrooms.

Private with boat dock and Gulf access. The pool can be electrically heated if rquired.

The house has air conditioning, a television and a telephone.

There is a microwave and a dishwasher for the kitchen. Should you need to wash any clothes there is also a washer and a dryer.
