This house is located on the Sea Forest in New Port Richey on the Gulf Coast of Florida.

This splendid six bedroom home is located on the prestigious Sea Forest development. The rear of the villa backs onto the lagoon and the home has it's own boat dock. Sea Forest is surrounded by the Gulf inlets and offers guests the use of Gulf Landings community pool and tennis courts and also the use of the Gulf Landings private beach which is security controlled and has bbq facilities. A wonderful place to spend a vacation

This house sleeps up to 14 guests in 6 bedrooms and has 4 bathrooms.

Private with electric heating if required. For relaxation there is a Jaccuzzi.

The house has air conditioning, a television and a telephone.

There is a microwave and a dishwasher for the kitchen. Should you need to wash any clothes there is also a washer and a dryer.

All linen and towels for your stay are provided when you stay at this house.
