This house is located on the Sea Forest in New Port Richey on the Gulf Coast of Florida.

This is a three bedroom / two bathroom executive home located on the very exclusive Sea Forest development. Sea Forest guests are able to use the community facilities which include private security controlled beach with bar-b-que areas, tennis courts, community pool and hot tub/jacuzzi, and golf course. This home deserves its place in our premium range of homes. The pool overlooks the lagoon at the back and there is gulf access. The pool is West facing giving guests a wonderful view of the sunsets whilst lazing on the pool deck in the evening.

This house sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and has 2 bathrooms.

Private pool with electric and solar heating.

The house has air conditioning, a television and a telephone.

There is a microwave and a dishwasher for the kitchen. Should you need to wash any clothes there is also a washer and a dryer.

All linen and towels for your stay are provided when you stay at this house.
