This house is located on the Sea Forest, Gulf Landings in New Port Richey on the Gulf Coast of Florida. | |
This is a beautiful home in the very exclusive Sea Forest development situated in New Port Richey and surrounded by the Gulf's inland waterways. There are photographs of every room available on request. The home has two 'master suites' and is ideal for two families wishing to share a home.
This villa is quite different in that it offers three sitting areas, five bedrooms (2 with en-suite facilities) and the surrounding adjacent land is owned by The Beehive and prevents the villa being overlooked by a property 'next door'. This commands a degree of privacy not afforded to most rental homes. It is extremely well furnished and equipped, having three cable tv sets, two Vcrs, a disc player and has the advantage of a fully equipped kitchen and an additional mini kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, kitchen units with stainless steel sink. There is additional pool deck space which consists of a shaded area for guests who wish to be outdoors but not in direct sunlight. On the balcony there is a garden swing to relax the weary after a hard day at the beach! Even the workaholic can feel at home with wifi internet access. It most certainly demands a place in the Premier Collection.
|
